“Everything about the service from Banks Quarles yesterday to fix a water leak in my yard was excellent. Michael came on time and quickly gave me a very fair estimate. The job was probably more time consuming and more detailed than originally thought, but the initial fair quote was the final amount due. Jayden came also to provide additional help and between the two they did excellent work. I will use BQ from now on for any problems that arises.”

“Thankful they scheduled our routine maintenance for the day before the Alabama snow hit. Our HVAC Specialist, Nick Watkins, was knowledgeable about our Ecobee thermostat and our natural gas logs. He cleaned the dust out of our pilot light so that the gas logs would cycle on and off to keep our living space toasty during the extremely cold weather. Nick even got our spare filter for the return air grill and replaced it. Michael Rainey is our plumbing technician. He came out for our preventative care and was very knowledgeable. He evaluated our plumbing, water heater, and water pressure, giving us tips to keep things working smoothly. Recommend Banks Quarles for your HVAC and plumbing needs!”
